Young Vinnies 2022

On Saturday the 12th of March, a small group of Liston College staff, students and Old Boys families led by Natalie McPherson and Mr Hickey went to the Saint Vincent De Paul building in Onehunga. They worked together with other Vinnies volunteers and prepared 1200 food parcels for the distribution to our needy community through out the Auckland area. This follows our Edmund Rice Charism and Special Character programmes of caring for others in our community and to be Men of Service to others.

We are encouraging more of our Liston community to participate in this service event in the future.

Saint Vincent De Paul have asked for help on Saturdays leading up to Easter. If you would like your son to participate, please contact Ms Natalie Mcpherson at [email protected] or Mr Willie Swann (Director of Mission and Special Character) at [email protected]
