Liston College Navigation

Message From The Principal 16.04.21

I wish to thank staff for the hard work and persistence during the disrupted Term 1. I encouraged them to take a well-earned break!

Mr Paul Houghton will be absent during term 2 as he is on sabbatical.  We wish him well as he takes this time to research improvements to on-line EOTC applications.

We also wish Ms Hayley Sharp all the very best as she takes maternity leave to have her baby boy due in May.  We will delight in meeting her little one.  Mr Brian O’Keeffe leaves us to take up a position at Orewa College. We wish him all the best for the future.

Parent Teacher Interviews

Thank you to the parents who made arrangements to book interviews with the teachers to discuss their son or student in care's progress. If you were unable to make it to the night, please do contact your son's Dean or teachers by email. Email addresses can be found on the College App and on our website. I thank the PTFA for providing coffee and home baking for staff and parents on both evenings.

Mother and Son High Tea

Our annual Mother & Son High Tea will be held on Saturday 8 May at 2.30pm here at the College. We do hope you are able to attend this special event where mothers, grandmothers, aunts or any significant females in your son's life will be treated to an afternoon of indulgence. Spaces are booking up fast.  Bookings can be made HERE.

Fundraising Initiatives

Thank you to the PTFA for organising fundraising initiatives.  We also thank you for your support of the recent Pizza promotion and remind you of the Entertainment Membership available. Sales of the memberships benefit Liston College and are a great source of discounts for the whole family. You can order these here.

Fundraising for the AIMS Football team is also taking place. How about the gift of flowers for Mothers Day? Order a beautiful bouquet for your mum. Details are here.
