I believe boys need 3 essentials to thrive - community, love and aspiration. Without doubt, and within Liston tradition, we saw all three this week.
Whether it be:
- heartfelt singing at our final school Mass,
- cheers of delight at the announcement of our 2023 Head Boy at prizegiving,
- a standing ovation for our 2022 Dux also at Prizegiving,
- the return school Hakas between our Y13 leavers and current Year 12s on their last day,
- or the impromptu singing of Mo Maria and the College song with all Year 13s locked in arms after their final farewell.
… this week showed the character and soul within our community and it warmed the heart.
